How fast is delivery?

We dispatch from our UK warehouse; typical delivery is 3-7 working days once dispatched, with tracking sent by email.

What is your return policy?

You can cancel and return any order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, per UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.

Is the Magic Cleaning Gel reusable?

Yes, reuse it until it visibly greys, then replace it. It leaves no residue and works on car vents, keyboards, cup holders and other tight gaps.

Is the Cat Self-Groomer safe for all cats?

Yes, the bristles are soft and vet-friendly, and it mounts to any wall corner via adhesive. Comes with a catnip sachet included.

Is the Spin-Calm Fidget Ring a medical device?

No. It is a discreet fidget/focus accessory made from hypoallergenic silver-tone stainless steel, not a medical or therapeutic device.

Where do you ship?

Currently UK only.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Any order of £50 or more ships free within the UK. Orders under £50 use our Standard (£4.99, 3-7 days) or Express (£6.99) rates, both shown at checkout before you pay.

Is Snagworthy a real UK business?

Yes. We are a UK-registered retailer selling through Shopify, with UK dispatch and a real returns address. Every product listing goes through our own price check before it goes live, so what you see here is a considered pick, not a random wholesale dump.

How are your prices lower than TikTok Shop, Amazon or the high street?

We track what is trending, then source the same or equivalent item directly rather than paying for the markup that comes with viral demand. Where a comparable product sells for more elsewhere, we say so on the product page rather than asking you to take our word for it.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal at checkout today, with card payment options being added soon. You do not need an existing PayPal balance; PayPal lets you pay by debit or credit card through their checkout as a guest.

Can I track my order once it is dispatched?

Yes. You will get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse, so you can follow it the whole way.

What happens if my item arrives faulty or not as described?

Contact us with a photo and your order number and we will sort a replacement or refund. This is separate from, and in addition to, your standard 14-day right to return any order for any reason.

Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?

Message us as soon as possible after ordering. If it has not yet been dispatched we can amend or cancel it; once it has shipped, our standard returns process applies instead.

Are your skincare and beauty products safe to use?

Yes. Our beauty and grooming listings are cosmetic and personal-care items, not medical devices or treatments, and we list the material or ingredient basics on each product page. If you have a known allergy or skin condition, check the listed materials before buying, same as you would with any cosmetic product.
