Shipping policy
Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Tracking — every order, no exceptions
Every order ships with full tracking. The moment your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link so you always know exactly where your parcel is.
Delivery times
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout for each item before you pay — no surprises. Some of our products ship from partner warehouses, so delivery times can vary by item. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels (at no extra cost to you).
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimate shown at checkout, email us at samuelndce@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it down.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
Lost or missing parcels
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you don't have it, check with neighbours and your local sorting office first — then contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate with the courier. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Address changes
Spotted a typo in your address? Email us as soon as possible — we can usually change it before dispatch, but once a parcel has shipped we can't redirect it.
