Refund policy

We want you to love what you snagged. If you don't, here's how returns work — no drama, no hoops.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return — more than double the 14 days UK law requires. If you change your mind, that's reason enough.

To be eligible, items should be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at samuelndce@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — unrequested returns can get lost.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll confirm by email and issue your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — including any return postage. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you're entitled to goods that are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality, and nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover it.

Items we can't accept back

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on items that have been used on skin or with pets (e.g. exfoliating mitts, lick mats) unless they're faulty. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask — we're reasonable.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
